How many hours per week do they work? What schedule?

40 hours per week and they only work 100% for you, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm your time (or as much as you need them). Intake teams and front desk teams work weekends also.

Can I write off all my trips to Mexico and expenses to go see my staff in Mexico?

Yes! All of it, plane tickets, hotels, food, you can go see your staff and relax and have fun at the same time.

Do I have to pay benefits and workers comp insurance etc?
